My personal style is all about sass. Sass makes you unique and I think everyone should be their own person. If we were all the same, how boring would the world be??
Since we're talking abous sass...I saw this pin a while back and have been dying to try it.
With all that said, why have I not tried Sassy Water before? I basically have all the ingredients in my house at any given time!
For all of you that don't know what Sassy Water is, it's a ginger, lemon, cucumber & mint based water. It has cleansing properties, it's great for weight loss and just tastes amazing. And it's so simple to make...
Here's what you need:
1 teaspoon of Ginger // 1-2 Lemons // 5 cups of Water (filtered preferred)//
1/2 to 1 Cucumber // Mint ( I omitted this...not sure I love mint in my water yet).
That's it. Peel and grate the ginger, squeeze the lemons, slice some cukes and some water and there you have it...Sassy Water! You can use my measurements if you like but I like to eyeball it and add what I feel like. Basically if you want it more spicy, add more ginger. If you like it more sour, add lemon. You get it...
I am now on day three of drinking this and I swear it has given me more energy. Or maybe that's the sass talking. :)

I LOVE adding fruits/veggies to water! It is such a nice change and I love what you shared. Thank you for linking up today and go enter my $1,500 giveaway if you want! xo

My boyfriend is Persian and his aunts always make this type of water, very similar for family get-togethers. Love it.

i've been drinking "sassy water" for almost 4 years now! or ever since the 'flat belly diet' book came out. it is seriously the best thing ever, and you almost feel 'healthy' drinking it!

I haven't done this before BUT I'm currently obsessed with Mango Ginger Water! I've been drinking it by the gallon. For every 2 liters of water you need 3 quarter sized pieces of ginger and about 3/4 cup of frozen mango pieces!!!! I toss in a few frozen mangos when a pour a glass to keep it cold too. You can use the same fruit for 3 or 4 refills of water! Definitely try it
